All orders can be canceled until they are fulfilled. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 2 hours.
Unfortunately, once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time—max. 10 days + 1 to 2 business days of processing—you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund by sending us an email at email@example.com. We will arrange a free pickup.
After we receive the product and we inspect it to make sure everything is in good condition, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 to 14 days approximately—depending on your bank.
If, for any reason, you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing—sometimes during holidays, we may have some sweaters, t-shirts, and socks for sale—or a different product colorway. You must contact us first, and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so—for organization purposes.
What happens with the product when it is returned to you?
All returned products are decomposed and ethically recycled or donated to a cat in need.
