Do you ship internationally?
We only ship within the US at this time. However, we have plans to ship internationally in the near future.
Just placed an order, how can I track it?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can use to follow your package’s journey to you.
If you have an account with us, you can also access the tracking number for your order there, once it becomes available.
When will my order ship?
Our products usually ship within 24 to 48 hours on business days and take 3 to 7 days to arrive (business days do not include weekends or holidays). Some of our high-demand products like The Magic Feline Brush may take a bit longer to process. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with your tracking number.
Do you offer express/overnight delivery?
We do not currently offer expedited shipping. We apologize for the inconvenience!
Where do you ship from?
We have two warehouses. One in the United States and one in Europe. All our cosmetic products like the Feline Grooming Wipes or the Feline Waterless Foam Wash are made in the USA and shipped from the USA. Some of our accessories might be shipped from Europe depending on our current stock in the USA.
My order shipped, when will it get to my house!?
All of our beloved packages are sent via the US Postal Service, so delivery times slightly vary. For orders to residents within the USA, once shipped orders typically arrive in 3 to 5 business days.
My package says delivered, but I didn’t receive it, what should I do?
Sometimes USPS tracking information can be incorrect, and packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive.
Your package will most likely be delivered within a few days, but it’s great to check with your neighbors and/or post office for more information in the meantime. You can also contact directly USPS by clicking this link.
Are there any known delivery delays in my area?
We also recommend visiting the website for your local post office for delays specific to your city.
What should I do if my order hasn’t been delivered?
Please double check the tracking information provided by USPS first. You can find your tracking number in the shipment email you received from us.
If your order has been delivered according to USPS but you have not received it yet, please check with your neighbors or your doorman. They might have accepted your delivery for you.
Should you be unable to locate your package, please get in touch with our customer care team so we can look into it.
If your order can not be delivered because of an incorrect address, please get in touch with our customer care team as well and we will help you.
Why is my order unfulfilled?
Don't worry about that, unfulfilled just means that your order is being processed and has not yet shipped. Your order will be marked as Fulfilled/Shipped very soon. You will receive an email with your tracking information once this happens.
Can I have my order delivered to a PO Box address?
Yessir! We do deliver to PO boxes.
Do you ship to APO addresses?
Yes, we do. However, in order to receive your package you must follow the guidelines listed below for Military Address shipping:
1. Write out the service member’s full name in the name field. Be sure to include their Unit as well on Address Line 1.
2. The city field will need to be one of the abbreviations set forth by the Military:
- APO: Army Post Office
- FPO: Fleet Post Office
- DPO: Diplomatic Post Office
3. The Region field for your order needs to be assigned a “state code,” which is categorized by the following abbreviations:
- AA: Armed Forces Central and South Americas (Armed Forces Americas)
- AP: Armed Forces Pacific
- AE: Armed Forces Europe (including-Canada, Middle East, and Africa)
4. Set the country as the United States, as these addresses are considered part of the U.S.
