*Delays: Due to the current worldwide situation, we noticed a high spike in filters ordered in a very short period of time, and we unexpectedly ran out of stock.
In normal times, this never happens because we have a solid shipping plan, and we are always ahead of time when it comes to stock and inventory management. However, this is something special and rare that we didn't expect at all—a black swan or unicorn situation if you will.
The filters are right now in transit to our warehouse in Austin, Texas. The estimated time of arrival is scheduled to be on Thursday, June 4th, 2020. You can still place your order today.
When we receive the filters, we'll start shipping them the very next day.
We are very sorry about this. It is something unexpected and totally out of our control. We always make sure to have a lot of filters in stock.
